Hit and run leaves pedestrian injured in Bloomington

One man has serious injuries after a hit and run accident in Bloomington Monday night.

Around 9:30 PM, police say a vehicle struck a pedestrian at the intersection of Locust St. and White Oak Rd. and then fled the scene.

The pedestrian, a 50-year-old man, was taken to Advocate BroMenn Medical Center with serious injuries.

Bloomington Police say the suspect vehicle is a small, dark-colored, four-door sedan, and they aren’t releasing any additional information.

No arrests have been made.
