NORMAL (HOI) – The free bus service for students, faculty and staff at Illinois State is in jeopardy after negotiations have stalled between the two.

One of the recommendations has ISU paying another two percent, which would extend the contract by six months.

But a divided Connect Transit board refuses to accept it.

At the end of December, ISU could lose the bus service which as been provided since 2006.
