Several Systems Bring Rain to the Heart of Illinois this week

DMA 4km Futurecast with Temps

Over the next few days, we'll see 2 system that will bring both rain and snow to the area. Today we'll see mostly cloudy skies with highs in the low to middle 40s. Tonight a fast-moving clipper system will bring light rain to the area. Most of this will stay North of I-74. We will cool down for Thursday back into the upper 20s for highs.

System #2 will arrive on Friday into Saturday again. This time starting off as snow before changing over to rain on Saturday morning. On the back side of this system, we'll see frigid air. Highs in the low 20s are likely heading into Sunday.

Today: Mostly cloudy. Highs in the low to middle 40s.

Tonight: Isolated showers after midnight. Lows in the low 30s.
