We are ending May with gorgeous comfortable temperatures, to start the month of June off with a possible heat wave.
Tonight: Mostly clear skies along with pleasant and comfortable weather--perfect for outdoor dining! Expect a low to be in the higher 50's, low 60's for tonight along with winds that should stay relatively calm.
Tomorrow: A high-pressure system is shifting eastward, giving us southerly winds bringing us warmth from the south. The day will warm quickly, where most areas will see temperatures in the 70's by late morning. A high temperature in the lower 80s, along with breezy winds. Humidity is expected to increase later during the day on Monday, as the southerly winds from the high-pressure system will give the atmosphere moisture. For the most part, the day should stay mostly dry.
7-Day: A heatwave is possible starting Tuesday. A high-pressure system brings the area hot temperatures that we have not seen since last year. Temperatures will mainly be in the upper 80's lower 90's for most of the week. Aside from hotter temperatures, high humidity and dew points are expected, making the real feel temperatures much hotter.
