Shooting injures a man on Bloomington’s west side

BLOOMINGTON (HOI) - Bloomington Police were asking for the public's help to determine who shot a man late Tuesday night at a west side apartment complex.

Police were called about 11:30 p.m. after shots were heard outside 115 Valley View Circle. About the same time, police found out a local hospital was treating a man for a non-life threatening gunshot wound to the foot.

Anonymous tips are accepted by McLean County Crime Stoppers at 309-828-1111. The Crime Stoppers organization offers rewards of up to $1,000 for tips leading to an arrest and indictment.
