An area of low pressure to our southeast is moving northward producing some isolated showers near the Bloomington-Normal area. Any rain from today will decrease heading into tonight.
Currently, you can find cooler temperatures to your NE and SE and warmer temperatures to the NW and SW of Peoria. Though, this is not the last time we will see the 70-degree weather. It won't be too muggy for the rest of the weekend, but it may feel a bit humid at times.
Clouds increasing as we head into tonight. Expect dry conditions for night, any showers will leave the area this evening. Another round of a cooler night with lows in the low-60's.
Rain chances will be a little higher tomorrow, but still will be limited to scattered showers and storms later in the day. Our best rain chances over the next few days will come tomorrow night into Monday as a cold front approaches the area from the northwest.
