McLean County reports 24 new COVID-19 cases, 7-day positivity drops to 6.6%

MCLEAN COUNTY (HOI) -- Health officials in McLean County are reporting 24 new COVID-19 cases Monday to raise its total to 2,938.

The seven-day positivity rate has dropped again to 6.6%, according to the McLean County Health Department.

With more than 61,300 tests for the virus conducted, the cumulative positivity rate is at 4.8%.

As of Monday morning, the MCHD reports there are 1,412 cases at home in isolation and seven in the hospital, with two of those in the intensive care unit.

There have been 18 COVID-19-related deaths reported in the county.
