Light drizzle and snow continue overnight

Remaining Ad Time Ad - 00:00

We had our first taste of winter today with the area's first snowfall of the season. It was light and accumulated only on grassy surfaces and other cold areas like cars and patio furniture, but snow is still snow.

We may not be completely finished with it yet though as we'll have chances for more precipitation overnight and into early tomorrow morning.

Any precipitation should be light, but drizzle and/or light snow will be possible as lows fall back into the low 30s.

We may see some light rain or snow showers near I-55 tomorrow morning through about 8-9 AM, otherwise it will be another chilly day with some clear late and highs in the low to mid 40s.

Wednesday will be milder with highs in the 50s, and while we should be dry during the day, rain returns Wednesday night into Thursday.

Rainfall amounts will vary across the area based on location, with areas further south seeing more rain.
