After a sunny day today we'll see more clouds move into the area overnight. Expect seasonably cool lows in the upper 40s tomorrow morning.
A weak cold front will pass through tomorrow morning bringing the chance for a few scattered showers, especially near and east of the Illinois River. Rain chances will be dropping for the afternoon, although we can't completely rule out a stray shower near I-55 early tomorrow afternoon.
Our weather will remain cool for the next few days with highs in the low to mid 60s. This could continue into early next week before mild weather returns for the second half of next week.
We also could see some rain heading into Mother's Day Weekend, especially Saturday night into Sunday morning.
Tune in this evening for your full 10 Day Forecast!
