Two men arrested in connection with Bloomington home invasion

Bloomington Police arrested two men in connection with a home invasion in the 1700 block of Salem Rd. June 4th.

Police said a warrant for their arrest was issued Friday. One man was arrested, followed by the other man turning himself in.

Police said they arrested 19-year-old Teon Williams and 20-year0old Lorenzo Aken, both from Bloomington.

Williams was arrested for Home Invasion with a Firearm, Armed Robbery with a Firearm, and Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon. His bond is set at $200,000; 10% applies.

Aken was arrested for Home Invasion with a Firearm and Armed Robbery with a Firearm. His bond was also set at $200,000; 10% applies.

Bloomington Police said the home invasion victim said two people came in his apartment and one of them pointed a gun at the man, and hit him with it. The victim said the two suspects ran away after stealing from his apartment. The victim had minor injuries and no one else was hurt.
