Bloomington police report three shots fired incidents over weekend

BLOOMINGTON (HOI) — No one was injured over the weekend in Bloomington after three shots fired incidents.

The Bloomington Police Department is investigating the incidents that took place Saturday and Sunday. They are believed to be unrelated, the BPD said in a statement Monday.

On Saturday at about 2:54 a.m., officers were called to the 1700 block of Illinois Street for shots fired. Officers located evidence that a shooting did happen.

On Sunday, two incidents occurred at 3:15 a.m. and 4:38 a.m.

The earlier incident had officers called to the 700 block of N. Roosevelt Street for shots fired. Officers located evidence of a residence and a vehicle being struck by gunfire.

The last incident took place in the 600 block of W. Graham Street with officers again finding evidence of shots fired.
