Jose Perez added 18 points on 7-for-8 shooting for the Runnin’ Bulldogs (5-5), who shot 51 percent and had five players in double figures. Gardner-Webb never trailed, leading 53-18 by halftime and pushing that margin to 73 points late.

The Big South Conference team hit 13 of 24 3-pointers (54 percent), finished with a 54-29 rebounding advantage and scored 33 points off turnovers.
