After several days with gray skies, we’ll see the sunshine breaking out today. Temps will quickly warm into the middle 80s today. We’ll still have some breezy southerly winds this afternoon. Unfortunately, there is a chance for a few isolated showers as we head into the overnight hours. The main threats with any stronger storms will be damaging wind gusts and large hail. The tornado threat is LOW.
We will keep isolated rain chances in for the next few days as a very tropical airmass will be in place. These showers and storms will be isolated and most days will be dry. Then we turn up the heat as we head into this weekend with highs in the upper 80s to near 90 degrees. The best part: it will actually be SUNNY this weekend.
Today: Mostly sunny. Breezy southwesterly winds. Highs in the middle 80s.
Tonight: Showers and storms possible. Otherwise, mostly cloudy. Lows in the middle 60s
